Giants | Former OC believes David Wilson can help

New York Giants RB David Wilson (neck) should be able to help the offense if he is able to stay healthy this upcoming season, according to former offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride. Gilbride said Wilson needs to work on his pass blocking and route running.
Wilson said he has been cleared, but it remains to be seen what he will be able to do on the field after neck surgery. He should have a role in the offense if he stays healthy, but he probably will not receive most of the playing time at the position. Owners can consider Wilson as a risky No. 4 running back leading up to their drafts.
