Jets | Rex Ryan calls 2014 a transition year

New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan thinks his team can do special things in 2014, but also called this season a transition year. Ryan understands people not seeing that right now. "What they're missing is — and this isn't their fault — is they don't see what I see in the building every day," Ryan said. "I think it's a transition year, but we're going to bring it to another level. I know where I want this team to go and that's where I expect this team to go. So, you know, are we a better team? Dang right. . . . That may be a fact that we're rebuilding this team, but by no means does that mean that I don't expect to improve on where we were."
