Two members of Congress are prepared to send a letter to National Football League commissioner Roger Goodell urging the league to change the name of the Washington Redskins because it offends Native Americans and others. The lawmakers are saying that they may reconsider the league's tax-exempt status if they do not comply. "The NFL can no longer ignore this and perpetuate the use of this name as anything but what it is: a racial slur," they said.
