Texans | Arian Foster ruled out

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (back, hamstring) missed his third straight practice Friday, Nov. 8, and has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals. Interim head coach Wade Phillips said Foster has seen multiple specialists for his back injury, but there is no timetable for his recovery. RB Ben Tate will start and is expected to see the bulk of the workload. RB Dennis Johnson is expected to spell Tate, and Houston is leaning toward using RB Deji Karim as the third running back.
Tate should be in your lineup if you own him. Consider him an RB2 or flex. Johnson looked solid in tandem with Tate last week but should only be used as a flex in cavernous formats.
