Vikings | John Carlson steps up

Minnesota Vikings TE John Carlson had seven catches for 98 yards and a touchdown in the team's Week 10 victory over the Washington Redskins Thursday, Nov. 7, his best performance for the team. TE Kyle Rudolph (foot) is expected to be out four to six weeks with a fractured left foot.
Carlson's value is on the rise with Rudolph out. He becomes a moderately intriguing backup for the tight end desperate owners. The uncertain QB situation in Minnesota doesn't help Carlson's cause.
