Colts | Ahmad Bradshaw waiting to decide on surgery

Indianapolis Colts RB Ahmad Bradshaw (neck) will take some time to decide whether to undergo surgery on his neck. "Ahmad has obviously seen several specialist, collected a lot of information," head coach Chuck Pagano said. "He's going to take the next couple of weeks to kind of sit back and decide where he's going to go with this thing. I don't know ultimately where that is. But in the end, it'll be up to Ahmad and the doctors to come to a final decision on what's going to transpire there. He'll be out at least a couple more weeks." RB Trent Richardson will continue as the starting running back, with RBs Donald Brown and Robert Hughes backing him up.
It doesn't look good for Bradshaw's chances of returning anytime soon, let alone this season. Dropping him for more valuable options at this time is probably the right course of action. Brown is worth stashing in deeper leagues as insurance for T-Rich.
