Browns | Unlikely to show interest in Josh Freeman

The Cleveland Browns are unlikely to show interest in signing free-agent QB Josh Freeman (Buccaneers) after they learned QB Brian Hoyer (knee) would be lost for the season. The Browns are probably willing to stick with QB Brandon Weeden for the rest of the year, but they'll definitely be in the market for a franchise QB next season.
Weeden could be a decent bye week filler at QB if the matchup is right. But he'll have to display much better pocket presence and get the ball out of his hands quicker in order to become more consistent and put up points.
