Raiders | Terrell Pryor could play
Fri, 27 Sep 2013 13:34:34 -0700
Oakland Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor (concussion) increased his workload in practice Friday, Sept. 27, and is listed as questionable for Week 4 against the Washington Redskins. Head coach Dennis Allen said he's happy with Pryor's progress and isn't ruling him out just yet. Pryor has been cleared to play, as well. Pryor has passed all the league-mandated tests for concussions and will be tested one more time Saturday, Sept. 28. If he checks out, he will play Sunday, Sept. 29.
If you were planning on using Pryor as a bye week filler for Aaron Rodgers or Cam Newton, don't abandon that plan just yet. We should know one way or another before Sunday's game whether Pryor will start. Have a backup plan hand, however.
