The agent for Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco, Joe Linta, said they're still waiting for team owner Steve Bisciotti to pick up the phone and work out a new deal with the quarterback. Linta said he is willing to wait it out and let the chips fall where they may. "The only way you get categorized as an elite quarterback is by the money and the contract you're offered," Linta said. "For someone to say you're great is one thing. To pay you like you're great is another."
