San Diego Chargers WR Vincent Brown, a second-year receiver, feels much more comfortable in the system this year. He felt the lockout hurt him last season in his transition to the NFL. "This offseason, being with the guys and being familiar with the offense, it's been an easier transition and it's helped me trying to make plays," Brown said. Head coach Norv Turner said Brown has grown up since last year. "He's had a great offseason, he's in the middle of having an outstanding training camp, and he obviously is a playmaker so he's a guy that's going to figure real strongly in what we do," Turner said.
