Rick Ware Racing driver Carl Long was penalized 15 points by NASCAR for violations found in the No. 23 car after the U.S. Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway in the Nationwide Series. Crew chief George Church was fined $10,000 and placed on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31.
