Penske Championship Racing driver Brad Keselowski was docked six points and his crew chief Paul Wolfe was fined $25,000 after the front end of their No. 2 Ford was found to be too low after a post-race inspection at last weekend's Sprint Cup race at Dover International Speedway. The penalties drop Keselowski to 10th in the standings, eight points ahead of Hendrick Motorsports driver Jeff Gordon. Owner Roger Penske was docked six owner's points. The team won't appeal the penalties.
