NASCAR | A.J. Allmendinger reinstated

NASCAR reinstated free-agent driver A.J. Allmendinger (Penske Championship Racing) Tuesday, Sept. 18, after he completed the "Road to Recovery" program following a positive test for a banned substance this summer. Allmendinger is a candidate to be rehired by PCR.
