Mets | Zack Wheeler to slow himself down
Mon, 10 Feb 2014 13:16:28 -0800

New York Mets SP Zack Wheeler said his goal is to slow things down on the mound this year after he had a tendency to rush his body while delivering pitches in his rookie season. He also said that reports of him tipping his pitches after he was called up last year were inaccurate. Wheeler is hoping he'll receive the nod on Opening Day this year.
