MLB | Masahiro Tanaka will not be able to give money to old team

Major League Baseball will prohibit Japanese League SP Masahiro Tanaka from giving any money to the Rakuten Golden Eagles either directly or indirectly. Ratuken will not be able to receive more than the $20 million maximum posting fee.
