Free-agent RP Grant Balfour (Athletics) is receiving interest from a handful of teams, including the Detroit Tigers and New York Yankees, according to a major league source. The Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and Tampa Bay Rays are also interested.
