Dodgers | Hyun-Jin Ryu still expected to start Game 3
Sat, 05 Oct 2013 11:20:06 -0700

Los Angeles Dodgers SP Hyun-Jin Ryu (elbow) worked out with a compression sleeve on his left elbow earlier this week and threw a rare bullpen session between starts Friday, Oct. 4, under the supervision of manager Don Mattingly, team surgeon Neal ElAttrache and medical director Stan Conte. However, he appeared to throw without discomfort and expects to start Game 3 of the NLDS against the Atlanta Braves Sunday, Oct. 6. Ryu said he was "fine" and added that the sleeve was designed to "keep my arm loose."
