The Toronto Blue Jays are likely to address the rotation as the most glaring weak spot on the team entering the offseason and free agency. "We've got more volume," Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos said. "The question is, 'Is it enough quality to win?' Ideally, we would add. We want to maintain as much depth as we can." While improving the rotation is Anthopoulos's goal, he said obtaining a clear No. 1 ace is not a necessity.
