Red Sox | Clay Buchholz takes a positive step
Wed, 03 Jul 2013 16:15:17 -0700

Boston Red Sox SP Clay Buchholz (shoulder) said he felt like he "finally turned a corner" in his recovery from bursitis of the right shoulder. He might only need one rehab start after throwing from 100 feet on flat ground Wednesday, July 3. He needs to make tosses from 120 before he steps on a mound, though, and it's more likely he'll need at least two rehab outings.
