Red Sox | More on Clay Buchholz's setback

Boston Red Sox SP Clay Buchholz (neck) cut short his bullpen session on Wednesday, June 26, after about 18 pitches because he felt some restriction in the area of the sore trapezius muscle, according to manager John Farrell. The manager considered it a positive that the right-hander has thrown with "some intensity" for two consecutive days. An MRI is scheduled for later in the day. The team still believes that Buchholz isn't dealing with something serious, but they won't move forward until he's symptom-free.
