Cincinnati Reds SP Mat Latos (thigh) was hit by a comebacker in the right thigh during his start Friday, April 19, against the Miami Marlins. He was able to remain in the game. However, Saturday, April 20, he woke up with a bruise bigger than a baseball on his right thigh, with the seams of a baseball clearly visible. "It's called sacrifice," Latos proudly stated.
