Red Sox | Daniel Nava is primary backup option for first base

Boston Red Sox manager John Farrell said OF/1B Daniel Nava would be the primary option to play first base on days when 1B Mike Napoli is rested or used as the designated hitter. Farrell also said Nava could see plenty of time batting second in the lineup.
