Cardinals | Shelby Miller puts on solid performance

St. Louis Cardinals SP Shelby Miller had a strong showing against a Washington Nationals lineup that featured many of their regulars Friday, March 8. Miller allowed two runs in three innings and showed a 95 mph fastball while striking out OF Bryce Harper. Miller is battling SP Joe Kelly for the No. 5 starting spot, and the team is willing to let the competition play out another time through the rotation.
