Mon, 04 Mar 2013 13:48:06 -0800

Baltimore Orioles SP Matt Hobgood (shoulder) threw off a mound for the first time since the instructional league last October Monday, March 4. He didn't pitch last season after having surgery to tighten his right shoulder capsule. He threw 25 fastballs at 85-90 percent intensity. "Arm feels good. No pain for the first time in a couple years, which is nice," he said.
