Sun, 03 Mar 2013 22:50:56 -0800

New York Yankees SP Phil Hughes (back) reported no pain after playing catch for the first time since revealing he had a bulging disc in his upper back Feb. 20. Hughes, who made about 25 throws from 60 feet, will play catch again Monday, March 4, but said he "obviously can't have any setbacks" if he wants to be ready for the start of the season.
