The Chicago Cubs have announced a five-year, $300 million plan to renovate Wrigley Field, although several hurdles remain, including determining funding sources for the project. Owner Tom Ricketts said renovations could begin as soon as October, starting with the home clubhouse. All work would be completed during the offseason so that the Cubs would not have to search for a temporary home.
