Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona was enthused after SP Carlos Carrasco (elbow) threw in an indoor cage Friday, Jan. 18. The audible pop of the catcher's mitt made the skipper smile. "Granted, he was in the cage," Francona said. "But that ball was making a loud noise. It was exciting. If he's not healthy, nobody is."
