Rangers | Alexi Ogando won't play in WBC

Correcting a previous report, Texas Rangers general manager Jon Daniels said SP Alexi Ogando told him he won't be pitching in the 2013 World Baseball Classic. Instead, he'll focus on joining the rotation in spring training.
