Boston Red Sox RP Andrew Bailey (thumb) pitched a scoreless inning for Triple-A Pawtucket Thursday, Aug. 9, as part of his rehab assignment. He threw his fastball, curveball, cutter and splitter during the appearance and hit 94 mph on the radar gun. He has allowed one run during his five innings of work during his rehab assignment while striking out nine batters and walking one.
