White Sox | Chris Sale expected to rest

Updating a previous report, Chicago White Sox SP Chris Sale is expected to be rested Sunday, July 8, when his next start would come up before the All-Star break. "So on the front side of it and the back side of it, he's going to get his rest," general manager Kenny Williams said. "And then we'll allow him to catch his third wind and hopefully he can finish out the season." SP Dylan Axelrod could start Sunday on short rest.
