New York Yankees SP Andy Pettitte indicated Sunday, May 6, that he is ready to return to the big league club after a rehab start with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. He allowed five runs - three earned - and eight hits over five innings. Manager Joe Girardi said he will speak with general manager Brian Cashman in the next day or two about the plan for Pettitte. "I feel like I'm ready, and I think they're ready for me to come up," Pettitte said.
