Fantasy Tip: Woods is worth hanging on to in deeper formats, but he could return to a reduced role if Sammy Watkins can remain healthy.

Buffalo Bills WR Percy Harvin (illness) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 2, and has been ruled out for Week 13. LB Lorenzo Alexander (ankle), FS Sergio Brown (hamstring), DT Marcell Dareus (abdomen), OT Cordy Glenn (back), SS James Ihedigbo (ankle), OG Richie Incognito (neck) and OG John Miller (shoulder) were limited during practice and are listed as questionable. LB Preston Brown (wrist) and LB Zach Brown (hand) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Fantasy Tip: Taylor has posted decent numbers so far this season, but his ability to run the football is a big reason for his fantasy value. He could be a low-end No. 1 quarterback in deeper leagues, but some owners should be able to find better options.

Fantasy Tip: Clay has been on the injury report for the last several weeks but will be able to play in Week 13. He has not posted more than 30 yards in any of his last five games and should not be used in any fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Watkins should be able to play but likely will see limited snaps again. He posted a solid 80 yards in Week 13 and has a chance to make a big play each game. Owners should consider him a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Owners should check the inactive list to see if Goodwin will be able to play against the Oakland Raiders. He has been limited to 28 yards in his last two games and has not caught more than four passes in any game this season. Owners should be able to find better options to use and can keep Goodwin on the bench.

Fantasy Tip: Gillislee was not able to play in Week 12 because of the injury but should be in uniform this week. He would see limited touches if he plays since LeSean McCoy is healthy and should be passed over in all leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Justin Hunter probably will have a bigger role in the passing game this week with Woods sidelined. He has been held to 16 yards or less in each of the last four games and should be avoided in all leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Watkins will be listed as questionable on the injury report and certainly at risk to aggravate the injury during the game, but the fact he was able to hang three catches for 80 yards on only 25 snaps last week against a good Jacksonville Jaguars secondary is proof he doesn't need a lot of playing time to be useful in fantasy. Consider him a high-risk, high-reward WR2 this weekend.

Fantasy Tip: He looks like a no-go this week. Sammy Watkins (foot), who returned with three catches for 80 yards last week, looks like he'll be able to play. His upside isn't where it normally is, especially with a midrange matchup against the Oakland Raiders, but he should be a WR2 in PPR.

Fantasy Tip: Clay may have some sneaky value if he does manage to suit up, considering how banged up Buffalo's receiving corps is at the moment. However, he's mostly a TE2 at best, as he hasn't surpassed 30 receiving yards in five weeks. Furthermore, he still hasn't registered a score all season. Owners can do better than the former Dolphin.

Fantasy Tip: Gillislee has proven he's capable of being a starting running back in the NFL, which hopefully comes to fruition as early as next season, considering he's shown glimpses of excellence. In the meantime, however, it's hard to count on him for consistent production if he does play as long as LeSean McCoy is healthy and active. McCoy will get a boost if Gillislee has to sit again this weekend.

Fantasy Tip: He should be good to go for Week 13. Taylor has been very solid for most leagues this season due to his rushing ability, and in fact, he's recorded a rushing touchdown in four of the past five weeks. As a result, he's in the QB1 conversation for owners looking to lock up a playoff berth.
