Buffalo Bills CB Corey Graham has been preparing for the full-time position change from cornerback to safety for the 2015 season. "I've done it for years in the NFL already," Graham said. "I've played the extra safety position in goal line before. I've gone up against tight ends. I've had to hold up in the run game, so it's really nothing new to me," said Graham. Head coach Rex Ryan said Graham has "really taken to" the change.

Fantasy Tip: Watkins has the physical tools to be an elite fantasy receiver, but the situation in Buffalo is not conducive for success. The Bills are going to have a run-first offense, and the quarterback situation is a major question mark. Don't count on Watkins being more than a WR3 in 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Although Watkins finished just shy of 1,000 yards, he was far from steady from one week to the next. With Rex Ryan planning to install a run-heavy approach in 2015, Watkins will likely continue to be a boom-or-bust fantasy play. Don't expect him to be more than a WR3.

Buffalo Bills WR Percy Harvin required detailed instruction on how to run routes during OTAs, and Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News believes Harvin will open the year as the No. 3 receiver behind WR Sammy Watkins and WR Robert Woods.
Fantasy Tip: Harvin still has big-play speed, but his lack of consistency isn't going to improve as the No. 3 receiver in a run-heavy offense that lacks a reliable quarterback. At best, he is a late-round flier deeper leagues.

Buffalo Bills DE Mario Williams may be asked to stand up at the line of scrimmage as a linebacker at times in 2015, according to Chris Brown of buffalobills.com. Williams is still expected to play mostly at defensive end, however.

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin could make the team as the Bills' sixth wide receiver. Chris Brown of buffalobills.com believes Goodwin's speed would help him win a roster spot over another receiver or tight end.

Fantasy Tip: Poor quarterback play certainly contributed to Watkins' poor percentage, but injuries and adjusting to life as a No. 1 receiver in the NFL didn't help either. Watkins is still an explosive weapon, but he will likely endure another inconsistent season due to continued question marks under center and Rex Ryan's commitment to a run-heavy offensive approach. Consider him a borderline WR3.

Buffalo Bills RB Karlos Williams said he hopes to make the team out of training camp and understands he likely will have to play on special teams to make the team. Williams said he will have to earn carries because of the other running backs on the roster.

Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor received a vote of confidence from former teammate Baltimore Ravens FS Terrence Brooks. Brooks said Taylor possesses versatility and speed that makes him worthy of being a starting quarterback. Taylor is competing with QBs EJ Manuel and Matt Cassel for the starting quarterback position this offseason.
Fantasy Tip: Taylor still has a hill to climb as far as catching up to and surpassing Manuel and Cassel. If he does end up starting, he shouldn't be drafted as more than a low-end QB2.

Buffalo Bills TE MarQueis Gray is excited about playing in offensive coordinator Greg Roman's scheme with TE Charles Clay. "This offense right here is tight end heaven," Gray said. "We move around so much that we really play receiver, slot, we play everything but running back. You could line up at any of those spots - that's the best part about this offense." Gray also said this could be his breakout year. "Especially with this offense and the opportunities coming my way - I'm going to take full advantage of it," Gray said. "I want to be that guy where defensive coordinators say 'Watch out for 48.' I want to put fear in the defense."
Fantasy Tip: Gray is a fringe option at the position but could be worth a waiver pickup during the season. Clay has some PPR upside and is in the midrange TE1 discussion.
