Fantasy Tip: That's not exactly a ringing endorsement for Watkins ($5,100, 10.2% of cap) to play this weekend. There's a good chance he'll be listed as questionable, making him a huge risk for daily players. With LeSean McCoy (hamstring) and Karlos Williams (concussion) also ailing, Percy Harvin ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) and Charles Clay ($6,300, 12.6% of cap) should once again be very attractive value picks.

Fantasy Tip: Herron could provide some value to the Bills and to fantasy teams in Week 5, and perhaps future weeks, with the concussion to Karlos Williams and with LeSean McCoy dealing with a hamstring injury. Anthony Dixon should also be in the mix.

Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills RB Karlos Williams (concussion) is listed as day-to-day and must be cleared from the NFL-mandated concussion protocol before he can play in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans. The Bills would have to turn to RBs Anthony Dixon and Cierre Wood if both Williams and RB LeSean McCoy (hamstring) cannot play this weekend. General manager Doug Whaley said the team could sign another runner this week, and they could re-sign RB Bryce Brown, who was released last month.
Fantasy Tip: We probably won't know until much later this week if Williams ($5,900, 11.8% of cap) will be cleared to play this weekend. He's a big risk on FantasyScore now, and McCoy isn't expected to play, either. If Williams can't suit up, Dixon ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) is worth a look as a deep sleeper in a flex spot.

Fantasy Tip: Herron could land into a spot where he'd at least have a timeshare with Anthony Dixon with LeSean McCoy (hamstring) and Karlos Williams (concussion) banged up. Herron could be a worth a flyer on FantasyScore if he signs.

Fantasy Tip: With Shady McCoy (hamstring) and Karlos Williams (concussion) in question for Week 5, T-Rich could be a factor if he signs. Keep him on your watch list.

Fantasy Tip: If Williams ($5,900, 11.8% of cap) and LeSean McCoy (hamstring) can't go, Anthony Dixon ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) becomes a basement flyer worth playing on FantasyScore. Stay tuned to practice reports.

Fantasy Tip: There is a chance that McCoy could miss a few more weeks because of his hamstring injury, but owners should see if he can practice this week. Karlos Williams will continue to see more playing time while McCoy is out and is a solid starting option.

Buffalo Bills WR Sammy Watkins' (calf) status for the Week 5 game against the Tennessee Titans is uncertain at this point, according to head coach Rex Ryan. "He looked good and he's moving around decent, so hopefully that's a good sign, but I'm certainly not the guy who will decide that," Ryan said.
Fantasy Tip: Owners will have to monitor Watkins' practice participation during the week to see if he has a chance to play in Week 5. Owners should have other options available in case Watkins is not able to play.

Buffalo Bills WR Chris Hogan was the best of the team's wideouts in Week 4 against the New York Giants, finishing with five receptions for 43 yards. WR Robert Woods pulled down three balls for 33 yards on five targets, and WR Percy Harvin had three grabs for 26 yards on eight targets.
Fantasy Tip: Harvin ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) has the most big-play ability for FantasyScore owners, while Hogan ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Woods ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) are less attractive options.

Fantasy Tip: Clay ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) had a big game, and it could have been even bigger if he didn't have a long touchdown reception called back on a questionable chop block penalty. After being quiet in his first two games, he has emerged as a Top 10 FantasyScore option over the past two outings.

Fantasy Tip: Williams ($5,400, 10.8% of cap) filled in admirably for the injured LeSean McCoy, and is a solid FantasyScore option as long as Shady is on the shelf.

Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor completed 28 of his 42 pass attempts for 274 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Week 4 game against the New York Giants. He also ran six times for 15 yards.
Fantasy Tip: Taylor ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) could have had an even bigger day, but a long touchdown late in the fourth quarter was called back due to a questionable chop block call, and another penalty wiped out an additional score earlier in the game. Taylor has emerged as a solid FantasyScore option when the matchup is favorable.
