Baltimore Ravens RB Justin Forsett carried the ball a season-high 26 times in Week 4, and the Ravens ran the ball 19 times and threw the ball 15 times after WR Steve Smith (back) exited with a back injury.
Fantasy Tip: With Smith already ruled out against Cleveland, Forsett will be a very attractive option at FantasyScore against a shaky Cleveland run defense.

Fantasy Tip: With Smith already ruled out, Kamar Aiken becomes a potential value pick in Week 5, but Justin Forsett could be the biggest beneficiary if the Ravens decide to lean more on the ground game.

Fantasy Tip: Owners will need to monitor Smith's ($6,900, 13.8% of cap) practice participation to see if he has a chance to play in Week 5. Owners should have other options ready in case Smith is not able to play, because he has played well in the first four games of the season.

Fantasy Tip: Smith ($6,900, 13.8% of cap) will have a little extra time to heal since the team played Thursday, Oct. 1, but he could be questionable for Week 5. Owners will need to monitor his practice participation next week to have a better idea of his status.

Baltimore Ravens WR Steve Smith (back) had just four catches for 24 yards in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday, Oct. 1, before a back injury forced him out for the rest of the game. Smith declined to talk about his availability for Week 5.
Fantasy Tip: Smith ($6,900, 13.8% of cap) put up surprising numbers through the first three weeks, especially for a 36-year-old. With Breshad Perriman still out and Crockett Gillmore unavailable Thursday, Smith was the only trusted aerial weapon for Joe Flacco. If Smith is unavailable next week, Baltimore's offense could be one-dimensional, putting further stress on Flacco.

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens WR Michael Campanaro (back) was helped to a cart on the sidelines Thursday, Oct. 1, and was seen in a wheelchair on his way back from the X-ray room. He left the Week 4 game with a back injury.

Fantasy Tip: Forsett ($5,800, 11.6% of cap) had managed just 124 yards in the first three games of the year combined, but he more than doubled his season total against Pittsburgh. He could be gaining steam just in time for a friendly matchup with Cleveland in Week 5.

Fantasy Tip: Stayed tuned for updates on Campanaro ($2,000, 4.0% of cap), who scored on a run early in the game and was seeing decent action compared to previous games.

Fantasy Tip: If the injury forces Smith ($6,900, 13.8% of cap) to miss any time, Kamar Aiken ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) could become a sneaky source of cap relief at FantasyScore.

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco has averaged 230.8 passing yards per game in his last nine games against the Pittsburgh Steelers with 12 touchdowns and only two interceptions. He is 3-4 in regular season play at Heinz Field in his career and has won three of his last five games there. Flacco is 155-for-251 (61.8%) for 1,596 yards, eight touchdowns and three interceptions in the regular season at Pittsburgh. Flacco faces the Steelers in Week 4 Thursday, Oct. 1.
Fantasy Tip: Flacco ($6,200, 12.4% of cap) certainly could be an excellent value pick at QB on FantasyScore against a young and inexperienced Steelers secondary. However, losing pass-catching tight end Crockett Gillmore for this tilt could hurt.

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens WR Breshad Perriman (knee) underwent arthroscopic knee surgery Thursday, Oct. 1, and no new injury was found in the knee, according to head coach John Harbaugh. Harbaugh said Perriman has just been dealing with a slow process in his recovery and expects Perriman to return in the near future.
Fantasy Tip: Perriman ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) is probably a few weeks away from returning after the surgery and may need to practice without limitations before he is cleared to play. Owners can avoid Perriman for the time being.

Baltimore Ravens WR Breshad Perriman (knee) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his knee after he re-injured his posterior cruciate ligament Sunday, Sept. 27, in pre-game warmups. He's out indefinitely.
Fantasy Tip: Kamar Aiken ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Marlon Brown ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) will have to be relied on to step up their game. However, RB Justin Forsett ($5,800, 11.6% of cap) will likely be used more in the passing game. He's a flex option on FantasyScore against Pittsburgh Thursday, Oct. 1.
