Fantasy Tip: Perriman ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) has been sidelined for more than a month because of his knee injury, so he probably will not be able to play in Week 1. Perriman likely will need a few weeks of practice before he is ready to play and probably will not make a fantasy impact early in the season.

Fantasy Tip: Williams ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) likely will see limited playing time early in the season and probably will be used as a receiving tight end. Owners on FantasyScore may want to see him play in a game before considering him as an option.

Baltimore Ravens WR Breshad Perriman (knee) could miss some regular season games because of his knee injury and may not return to the field until October, in the opinion of Jamison Hensley, of ESPN.com.
Fantasy Tip: Perriman ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) has been sidelined since the start of training camp because of a posterior cruciate ligament injury and still has not returned to practice. Perriman likely will miss at least Week 1 and probably will not be a fantasy option for the first part of the season.

Fantasy Tip: Allen ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) was expected to be the No. 2 running back with Lorenzo Taliaferro sidelined, but the team could look to add a veteran running back before the start of the season. Allen probably will see limited playing time in Week 1 and is not a great option on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Brown has been slowed by injuries this preseason, but he could still end up as the No. 2 receiver across from Steve Smith. That being said, he is a late-round flier at best.

Fantasy Tip: Perriman's recovery has been slow-going. The fact that he's not even running a little over a week from the start or the regular season is concerning. Kamar Aiken and Marlon Brown will see more playing time until Perriman is ready to take the field. Perriman should not be viewed as more than a WR4.

Fantasy Tip: Perriman has spent most of training camp on the sideline and could be questionable for Week 1. Perriman could still be a late-round option in deeper leagues, but owners should not count on him early in the season.

Baltimore Ravens RB Javorius Allen fumbled the ball before crossing the goal line in his first game replacing RB Lorenzo Taliaferro (knee) as the backup running back against the Washington Redskins in the preseason Saturday, Aug. 29. "You have to hold on to the football," head coach Jim Harbaugh said. "It's just not possible to put runners out there that fumble the football. He's going to have other opportunities and chances going forward, and I really believe he's going to be a very good player. But, he's going to have to learn from that."
Fantasy Tip: Allen has a chance to be the primary backup to Justin Forsett for at least the first few weeks of the season, but he will have to improve his ball security. However, it will take him winning the backup job and a Forsett injury for Allen to have any fantasy value.

Fantasy Tip: Perriman could still be worth one of your final skill-position picks in fantasy drafts, but he might be an in-season waiver claim.
