Fantasy Tip: Taliaferro is still dealing with the foot injury he suffered last season, so he will have to wait to practice. He is expected to compete for one of the final running back spots on the roster and probably will not receive enough touches to have a fantasy impact in 2016 if he makes the team.

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens RB Kenneth Dixon (knee) has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 medial collateral ligament sprain, according to a source. The injury is considered minor, but the team likely will proceed with caution.
Fantasy Tip: Dixon probably will miss some time because of the injury but should be ready for the start of the regular season. He likely will be the No. 3 running back on the depth chart this season and could be a late-round option in fantasy leagues because he could see more playing time as the season goes on.

Fantasy Tip: Specifics aren't known, but Dixon is expected to be the third running back on the squad. He's in the RB5 mix in fantasy if the ailment isn't too severe, but he doesn't have a lot of upside for playing time early on.

Baltimore Ravens RB Justin Forsett expects to hang onto the starting job and do the bulk of the work at the running back position ahead of RBs Javorius Allen, Kenneth Dixon, Lorenzo Taliaferro and Terrance West. The team also has RB Trent Richardson (knee) competing for a roster spot. While Forsett might be optimistic, he is 31 and the team is leaning toward reducing his carries.
Fantasy Tip: The Ravens are very deep at the running back position, but Forsett plans on being the bell cow and it's hard to bet against him. However, it is a good idea to nab Buck Allen as a handcuff just to be on the safe side.

Free-agent OT Jake Long (Falcons) is scheduled to meet with Dr. James Andrews to have his surgically repaired knee examined before the Baltimore Ravens finalized a deal with him. Long suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in 2013 and 2014.

Fantasy Tip: Flacco is on track for the start of the regular season and may not receive a lot of work during the preseason. He has played well in previous seasons and should be considered a decent No. 2 quarterback in most fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Wallace should be able to pass the test in the next day or two and should participate in practice moving forward. He will have a chance to win the No. 2 receiver job during training camp and could be a late-round option in most fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Pitta has battled two serious hip injuries in recent years and is unlikely to have much fantasy relevance in 2016, especially considering that the Ravens also have TEs Benjamin Watson, Maxx Williams and Crockett Gillmore on their roster. The 30-year-old veteran is not worth drafting in the majority of seasonal leagues.

Fantasy Tip: It's definitely encouraging news for Flacco and the Ravens as Flacco has been recovering from a torn ACL. Flacco is still not worthy of starting fantasy quarterback status even at full health, however. He has not thrown for more than 4,000 yards or 27 touchdowns in any season.

Fantasy Tip: Smith and Perriman are still expected to be ready for the start of the regular season, although neither of them will probably play much in the preseason. Richardson can be avoided in fantasy drafts, while Smith and Perriman should be drafted as a low-end WR3 to high-end WR4 and WR5, respectively.

Fantasy Tip: Aiken should still see a decent amount of targets even with Smith, Wallace and Breshad Perriman in the mix. Even with the large number of mouths to feed, Aiken is still a WR4 consideration heading into 2016.
