Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent OG Kelechi Osemele is Baltimore's top free agent, but is expected to be highly coveted on the free-agent market. The Ravens may not be able to afford to keep Osemele.

The Baltimore Ravens are removing the artificial surface at M and T Bank Stadium Thursday, Feb. 4, and they'll be one of 18 NFL teams that play on grass in 2016. The Ravens previously played on a grass surface from 1996 to 2002.

Fantasy Tip: Forsett was having a mediocre 2015 season prior to breaking his arm, and with Javorius Allen showing some promise in his absence, there is a good chance a committee approach will be used in Baltimore's backfield in 2016.

Fantasy Tip: Aiken is a restricted free agent, so the Ravens will be able to match any offer Aiken receivers from other teams. It would be no surprise to Aiken return to the Ravens after a stellar 2015 season in which he filled in splendidly for Steve Smith. Smith and Aiken would make a nice 1-2 wide receiver punch in Baltimore, but they should only be viewed as a WR3 and WR4, respectively.

Baltimore Ravens WRs Steve Smith, Kamar Aiken, Breshad Perriman and others may have more company next season. General manager Ozzie Newsome said the Ravens have to add depth at wide receiver this offseason, whether it be through the NFL Draft or through free agency.
Fantasy Tip: Unless it's a big-name free agent that joins the Ravens, it's likely that Smith and Aiken will maintain their positions as the top two wide receivers in Baltimore. Perriman has yet to show his full potential after being injured for the better part of his rookie season, but he could come onto the scene in 2016.

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (knee) is six weeks removed from surgery to fix two torn knee ligaments, and he said his rehab is "going really well." He's confident that he'll be fully recovered by the start of the regular season in September. "I'm coming along great," Flacco said. "I don't think there is any way I'm not going out there ready to go right away. Don't quote me. But that's just me. I have no timetable. I'm really taking it day by day and getting better and better each week."
Fantasy Tip: After missing a full season for the first time in his career, fantasy owners will be even more down on Flacco than ever before. He doesn't have much to work with in the passing game, either, so his ceiling remains very limited. Continue to consider him a veteran backup for fantasy purposes.

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco said he's motivated to restructure his contract this offseason in order to help the team gain extra salary cap space for free agency. Flacco's cap number moves to $28.55 million in 2016, which ranks third in the NFL. He'll make $18 million next year even if he doesn't agree to restructure.
Fantasy Tip: Flacco missed a full season for the first time in his career because of his knee injury. As a result, his numbers were obviously down. He's always been more productive as a real-life quarterback than a fantasy one. Flacco will have Steve Smith returning next year, but you have to wonder who else will step up to help the passing game. He's squarely a backup QB for fantasy purposes.

Fantasy Tip: Aiken was called upon early and often in Baltimore's offense after Steve Smith suffered a season-ending injury. Smith is expected to return next season, so Aiken's value will likely take a hit, but he's still not a bad low-end WR3 to high-end WR4 option.

Baltimore Ravens unrestricted free-agent QB Matt Schaub said he isn't interested in retiring. "I still want to play," Schaub said. "I've still got good years left in me. It's just where I might be. We'll see what happens moving forward." Schaub started two games for the Ravens this year and threw a pick-six in both starts.

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco is scheduled to count $28.55 million against the salary cap in 2016. General manager Ozzie Newsome said he believes the team may not have to restructure Flacco's contract this offseason in order to fill the roster.
Fantasy Tip: Flacco likely will be with the team next season but there is a good chance that the team tries to reduce his salary cap hit. He likely will miss most or all of the offseason workouts because of his torn anterior cruciate ligament but should be ready for the regular season. Flacco could be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback in most leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Smith will be 37 years old for the 2016 season. He was performing admirably up until his season-ending Achilles' injury this year, though, so don't put it past him to put up at least flex-worth numbers if he can stay healthy.
