Former Louisiana State CB Rashard Robinson has been drawing a lot of interest and intrigue from NFL executives. He is expected to be measured over 6-feet-2 inches and run at the 40-yard dash in the 4.3-4.4 range at the NFL Scouting Combine. He has also been invited to participate in LSU's pro day.

Texas Christian QB Trevone Boykin has received an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine and he will be working out with the quarterbacks. According to sources, Boykin has also been doing receiver work during his combine preparation, but there are no current plans for him to run routes or catch passes at the combine or his pro day at TCU.
Fantasy Tip: Boykin was a good college quarterback, but if he is to make a splash on Sundays it will likely be as a receiver or wildcat kind of a player.

UCLA LB Myles Jack is expected to be taken early in the first round of the NFL Draft. He is labeled as a rare athlete with good athleticism, intensity and versatility with the ability to play all three downs.
Fantasy Tip: Jack was a standout linebacker at UCLA, and he also subbed as running back in past seasons when injuries occurred. He will likely be a favorite of fantasy owners in leagues which use individual defensive players (IDPs) sooner rather than later.

Fantasy Tip: Miller already impressed at the Senior Bowl. Any outside help, especially from former wide receivers like Carter, will only benefit Miller before the combine. Miller isn't expected to make a huge impact right away, but he could provide some good fantasy value as he becomes more polished.

The NFL sent out a memo in late January that prospects invited to "any league-related event" would be barred if a background check turns up a felony or misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence, sexual assault or weapons offenses. Players that refuse to submit to a background check will also be uninvited. This includes the NFL Scouting Combine and the NFL Draft. "It is important for us to remain strongly committed to league values as we demonstrate to our fans, future players, coaches, general managers, and others who support our game that character matters," NFL executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent wrote in the memo.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch has incredible size and athletic ability, and he could very well be a first-round pick that is tasked with starting immediately, depending on where he lands. Expect a period of adjustment in the NFL, though, as he transitions to a pro-style offense.

North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz impressed many at Senior Bowl practices last week, but some NFL personnel executives are hesitant to label him a top quarterback prospect entering the 2016 NFL Draft. "One said 'Boy, that North Dakota State kid is way overrated.' And the other one texted me and said 'After watching him for a full week, there is no way I would draft Carson Wentz in the first round,'" NFL media analyst Lance Zierlein said on.
Fantasy Tip: Wentz could wind up going as high as No. 2 overall to the Cleveland Browns, who are looking for a franchise quarterback under new head coach Hue Jackson. Wentz has the tools to be a successful NFL quarterback, and if he's starting right away he'll surely experience growing pains. But he could be a decent backup in the right matchups.

Fantasy Tip: Sometimes highly touted quarterbacks with high stock like Goff will bow out of certain drills, but Goff is giving prospective teams the full gamut. He is projected among many experts and media outlets to be one of the first few of picks, but don't necessarily expect him to start right away.

NFL place kickers made 94.2% of their point-after-touchdown (PAT) tries in 2015, the lowest percentage made since 1982. The 71 missed PATs were the sixth most since the Super Bowl era. Free-agent RB Joseph Randle (Cowboys) was arrested Monday, Feb. 1, on a speeding charge in Irving, Texas. He was arrested near the home of his ex-girlfriend on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Randle was taken into custody, and his bail was set at $359.
Fantasy Tip: After all of Randle's run-ins with the law, it'd be a surprise if another team takes a chance on him for the 2016 season. Don't expect him to be a fantasy asset at all for next year.

Fantasy Tip: Wentz could end up being the first quarterback taken in the 2016 NFL Draft, and at the very least, he is working his way into the conversation. If he lands with the right team, he could be worth scooping up in the later rounds of drafts.
