The Denver Broncos and New England Patriots are expected to deal with 15 mph winds with gusts up to 35 mph during their Week 9 game, according to the National Weather Service. The two teams dealt with similar conditions last season when the Broncos had a big early lead but struggled in the second half.
Fantasy Tip: Peyton Manning and Tom Brady have faced similar conditions in the past, so it should not be a big problem for either. Both quarterbacks are still starting options in fantasy leagues this week, and the weather should not make owners change their minds.

Free-agent RB Ray Rice (Ravens) will have the appeal of his indefinite suspension from the NFL heard Nov. 5-6, according to media reports. A decision on whether commissioner Roger Goodell will testify at the hearing is expected to come this week. If Rice's suspension is overturned and he is signed by a team, he could return this season.
Fantasy Tip: It's highly unlikely that Rice's suspension will be overturned, let alone the possibility that he'd sign with and play for another team this year. Ignore him in all fantasy leagues for the forseeable future.

Free-agent RB Ray Rice (Ravens) could be reinstated by the NFL by mid-November after a scheduled appeal hearing, which would allow him to sign with another team. There is no guarantee a team would sign him right away, though.
Fantasy Tip: Rice's situation is worth watching, but he probably isn't worth rostering except in deep leagues.
