NFL | Davis Webb has 'Dak-like' intangibles?

Wed, 26 Apr 2017 10:57:29 -0700

California QB Davis Webb "has Dak (Prescott)-like intangibles, according to one national scout.

Fantasy Tip: This feels like typical Draft Day Eve smoke. While Webb has prototypical size and good arm strength, he's an "Air Raid" quarterback who faces a long learning curve. It's also hard to say a player has extremely good intangibles when he lost his job to another player in the same draft class (Texas Tech's Patrick Mahomes II) just over a year ago. With that said, Webb will probably get pushed into the top 50 picks Thursday, if not the end of the first round.
