Fantasy Tip: The 20-year-old rookie has had an excellent season, as he owns a 2.27 ERA, a 2.44 FIP, a 0.92 WHIP and a 10.0 K/9 over 47 2/3 innings. Osuna should be owned in all seasonal leagues, and Aaron Sanchez is the saves handcuff for the Jay Birds.

Toronto Blue Jays SP Marco Estrada allowed one run on two hits and two walks while striking out five batters over 6 2/3 innings during Toronto's 3-1 win over the Minnesota Twins Tuesday, Aug. 4. It was Estrada's ninth win of the season.
Fantasy Tip: Estrada ($6,300, 12.6% of cap) has been a serviceable arm for the Blue Jays, and if fantasy owners are selective when utilizing him, there is potential in the virtual game, too. Over 16 starts, Estrada has a 3.83 ERA, a 1.18 WHIP and a 6.7 K/9, and while those numbers won't blow anyone away, he has allowed three earned runs or fewer in 12 of 16 starts. FantasyScore players can turn to him as a source of cap relief in favorable matchups.

Toronto Blue Jays C Dioner Navarro is starting behind the plate and hitting sixth against Minnesota Twins SP Phil Hughes Tuesday, Aug. 4. C Russell Martin is serving as the designated hitter and hitting fifth.
Fantasy Tip: Navarro ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) does have two of his three home runs against right-handers this year despite a .221 average, but Hughes is allowing 1.7 home runs per nine innings. Martin ($4,600, 9.2% of cap) could also be a valuable play on FantasyScore tonight.

Fantasy Tip: It was Donaldson's ($6,100, 12.2% of cap) 27th long fly of the season and fifth over his last 11 games. During the recent surge, he also has seven runs and 13 RBI. Donaldson has emerged as an elite hitter this season, and he is in consideration for FantasyScore usage nightly, but especially against lefties and in favorable matchups.

Toronto Blue Jays SP David Price allowed one earned run on three hits and two walks while striking out 11 batters through eight innings during Toronto's 5-1 win over the Minnesota Twins Monday, Aug. 3.
Fantasy Tip: With Price ($9,100, 18.2% of cap) starting for the top offensive team in baseball, there is a lot to like about his fantasy stock going forward. He projects as a top-tier arm through the rest of the season and lock as a No. 1 fantasy arm for your rotation. FantasyScore players can also consider starting Price whenever he takes the hill.

Fantasy Tip: Osuna could be rested a bit more often after the acquisition of Lowe, which makes Toronto's bullpen much stronger. Sanchez probably won't see enough save chances to be worth owning aside from the deepest of leagues.
Mon, 03 Aug 2015 08:31:44 -0700
Fantasy Tip: The Twins have struggled on the road this year, with a 29th-ranked OPS (.631), making Price ($9,100, 18.2% of cap) a very safe and solid FantasyScore option Monday night.

Toronto Blue Jays OF Chris Colabello will start at first base and hit fifth in the order Sunday, Aug. 2, against the Kansas City Royals and RHP Edinson Volquez. 1B Justin Smoak comes out of the lineup.
Fantasy Tip: Colabello ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) has a three-game hit streak, including a pinch-hit single Saturday. Colabello isn't the Blue Jays' best FantasyScore option, but he'll be hitting in an excellent position to drive in runs.
Sun, 02 Aug 2015 08:24:08 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Revere ($4,200, 8.4% of cap) went 0-for-5 in his Blue Jays debut, but he'll now be in a position to hit in front of the like of Tulo and Josh Donaldson. As long as Revere can start getting on base, is fantasy value will soar.
Sat, 01 Aug 2015 18:48:49 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Bautista ($6,000, 12.0% of cap) still has plenty of power, but he is batting just .223 this year. Make sure he draws a favorable matchup or is riding a hot streak before paying his hefty price tag at FantasyScore.
Sat, 01 Aug 2015 09:24:36 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Kawasaki has not done much at the plate in his limited playing time with Toronto this season. He likely will be a bench player while he is with the team and is not a fantasy option.
Sat, 01 Aug 2015 09:14:20 -0700
Toronto Blue Jays SS Troy Tulowitzki is not in the starting lineup against Kansas City Royals SP Yordano Ventura Saturday, Aug. 1. 2B Ryan Goins will start at shortstop and is batting ninth in the lineup.
Fantasy Tip: Tulowitzki ($5,400, 10.8% of cap) probably will return to the lineup in the next day. Goins ($2,100, 4.2% of cap) has three hits in his last five games and probably should be avoided by owners on FantasyScore.
Sat, 01 Aug 2015 09:04:04 -0700
Toronto Blue Jays C Russell Martin is not in the starting lineup against Kansas City Royals SP Yordano Ventura Saturday, Aug. 1. C Dioner Navarro will start at catcher and is batting sixth in the lineup.
Fantasy Tip: Martin ($4,600, 9.2% of cap) likely is receiving a day off and should return to the lineup soon. Navarro ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) hit only .192 in limited playing time in July and probably is not the best option for owners on FantasyScore.
Sat, 01 Aug 2015 08:46:03 -0700
Fantasy Tip: It is not known if Revere ($4,200, 8.4% of cap) will stay in the leadoff position, but it would help his fantasy value if he did. Revere is coming off a solid July and should be a starting option for owners on FantasyScore.
Sat, 01 Aug 2015 08:04:12 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Revere ($4,200, 8.4% of cap) was acquired by the Blue Jays at the trade deadline and will be in the lineup most of the time. He has seven hits in his last six games and could be a solid starting option on FantasyScore.
