Horn says the injury is minimal and he could practice. However, he noted he has been placed on medical rehabilitation, so he is running and going through agility drills. Horn said he told the Falcons Monday, Aug. 11, he was ready to practice. He did not take part in drills that day or the next and Horn would not say if the team told him not to practice.

The New Jersey Bureau of Securities filed a civil complaint Friday, Aug. 8, that accuses David A. Talbot and two other men of spending more than $500,000 from investors on themselves. The complaint says the men appealed to the investors' religious beliefs by telling some of them the money would be used for charity, including the purchase of a church.
