Fantasy Tip: Palmer had a huge regular season before imploding in the playoffs. His 4,671 passing yards and 35 TDs put him among high-end QB1s. He'll play at age 36, but he's a midrange QB1 option.

Fantasy Tip: Fells was nothing to write home about last season, as Arizona's tight ends were usually overlooked in favor of their talented and deep wide receiver corps. Fells managed 311 yards and three scores, so he should hardly be a blip on the fantasy radar.

Arizona Cardinals OT D.J. Humphries played behind OT Bobby Massie in 2015, but Massie is an impending free agent so Humphries has a chance to claim the starting right tackle spot in offseason and heading into training camp. He needs to add upper body strength, but feels like going against top-notch pass rushers like veteran DEs Calais Campbell and Dwight Freeney will help him.

Arizona Cardinals OG Jonathan Cooper lost his starting job to C Ted Larsen midway through the season, but Larsen is an impending free agent and Cooper has the chance to reclaim the starting spot in the offseason and into training camp. "I'm just working," Cooper said Tuesday, Jan. 26. "I want to improve. As long as I improve and become a better player than I was this year, and be a consistently great player, everything else will work out."

Arizona Cardinals QB Carson Palmer (finger) is expected to bounce back to lead the team in 2016, general manager Steve Keim said in a radio interview Monday, Jan. 25. "There is nobody I respect and appreciate more than Carson Palmer," Keim said. "In a league full of teams who are looking for a quarterback, I'm certainly proud he's our guy."
Fantasy Tip: Palmer got off to a huge start to the season, throwing for 27 touchdowns with seven 300-yard games in his first 10 outings. However, he tailed off slightly in the final six regular season games and two playoff outings, tossing three touchdowns just once while hitting the 300-yard mark just three times in his final eight starts. Still, he has plenty of high-end receivers to make him a fantasy stud again in 2016.

Arizona Cardinals QB Carson Palmer (finger) won't be playing in the Pro Bowl in order to let his injured finger heal. He will not need surgery, however. Head coach Bruce Arians said that he didn't think the finger was an issue against the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Championship, but added that Palmer probably should not have played in Week 17 of the regular season because of the finger.
Fantasy Tip: The extra week of rest may or may not have made much of a difference, but the Cardinals did lose by 34 points. Unfortunately, Palmer saved his worst game of the season for the most important game of the season. He'll have plenty of time to get that finger back to full strength before offseason activities. As long as he's at full health, Palmer is a starting fantasy quarterback.

Fantasy Tip: His season ended on a down note, but Fitzgerald showed he still has some juice left with his performance in 2015. Arizona has plenty of young receivers waiting to shine, but Fitzgerald should still be a strong WR3 in 2016 and potentially a WR2.

Arizona Cardinals RB David Johnson carried the ball 15 times for 60 yards and a touchdown and had nine catches for 68 yards in a 49-15 loss to the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 24.
Fantasy Tip: Injuries paved the way for Johnson down the stretch, and if he is given the lead back role in 2016, he will be a RB1 candidate in all fantasy formats.

Fantasy Tip: Although his season ended on a sour note, Palmer showed that he can still be a solid QB1 when healthy.

Fantasy Tip: The finger shouldn't be too much of a hindrance to Palmer, but he does face a tough test in the Carolina Panthers. Palmer ($8,400, 16.8% of cap) hasn't thrown for more than 300 yards in his last three games, so don't expect gaudy numbers from the veteran quarterback, but he's still worth a start in your FantasyScore lineups.
