Arizona Cardinals QB Logan Thomas will receive a lot of reps during offseason workouts, according to head coach Bruce Arians. "He's going to get a ton of work and those reps are invaluable," Arians said. "Just in decision-making, how fast you're getting it out of your hand, where you're going with it, where you're going when 'one' and 'two' are still covered. Are you still scrambling around or are you going to find your outlets? That growth process comes strictly from reps."

Arizona Cardinals QB Logan Thomas didn't start at the end of last season because head coach Bruce Arians didn't want to hurt his long-term development. "We drafted him for two years from now, not November," Arians said, via the team's official website. "It just so happened his number got called (earlier.) I was not going to let him fail because once you fail those scars never go away."

Arizona Cardinals RB Andre Ellington, who averaged 20.6 touches per game in 2014 before being injured, won't have his role reduced in 2015, according to head coach Bruce Arians. Ellington's role in the passing game may increase, too. Ellington was often limited in practices during the week last year because of his foot injury.
Fantasy Tip: Ellington has often been criticized that he lacks lead-back capabilities. Things could change if Arizona drafts or trades for a running back, but with a revamped offensive line, Ellington could be a sleeper runner for fantasy owners in 2015 in the later rounds.

Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said the team could run mostly left in 2015 with the addition of OG Mike Iupati at left guard and the move of OG Jonathan Cooper to right guard. OT Jared Veldheer also remains on the left side. "I don't mind running left and I don't mind (saying) we'll tell you we're coming over there (so) stop it. That'll be my challenge to those two guys: Come up to the line and tell them we're running right here. Stop us. That's the attitude we want to have."

Arizona Cardinals RB Marion Grice could be the answer to the team's red zone problems from 2014, according to head coach Bruce Arians. Arizona had just 57 yards on 39 carries in the red zone last season, which was the fewest in the NFL, according to ESPN Stats and Information. Grice's only touchdown came in the red zone in 2014.

Arizona Cardinals DT Alameda Ta'amu's one-year deal includes a $216,000 workout bonus that is based on him making weight, according to ESPN Stats and Information. He'll earn $36,000 at each of his six weigh-ins if he makes his weight. The team listed him at 348 pounds in 2014. Ta'amu's weight was a factor in his decrease in playing time, according to head coach Bruce Arians. Ta'amu will have a base salary of $600,000 in 2015, and it includes a $25,000 signing bonus.

Fantasy Tip: Fitzgerald was on pace to reach 1,000 yards last season when Palmer went down with a knee injury, and if both players stay healthy in 2015, Fitzgerald could have a solid season. However, don't count on Fitzgerald being more than a No. 3 receiver for your fantasy team.

Arizona Cardinals C Ted Larsen and C A.Q. Shipley will battle for the starting center position this offseason. Head coach Bruce Arians said neither has been declared starter yet; that will be determined over the next five months.

Arizona Cardinals LB Larry Foote, who joined the coaching staff following the 2014 season, may still play in 2015. Foote had knee surgery, and head coach Bruce Arians hopes Foote makes his decision before training camp.
