Arizona Cardinals DL Darnell Dockett reports on his Twitter page that he would like to be paid as one of the top five defensive tackles in the NFL. "I want to thank Rod Woodson and Jamie Dukes for picking me in the NFL Top 5 D-tackles. I wish I can get paid like the top 5," Dockett wrote on his Twitter page. Dockett had asked to be traded earlier this offseason.

However, don't look for the Cardinals to hand anything over to Wells, so he is going to have to earn the job.

"You can't go out and dispute it all the time, but just thinking about a guy like 'Q,' the guy does everything right. He busts his butt, he's here every day, he's a great leader for us, and he just wants to be compensated fairly for what he's accomplished and what he brings to the table. None of us fault him for that. There's no way in our book that he should ever have a bad reputation because of that." LB Karlos Dansby added, "You have to make the right decision for you and your future and I think 'Q' made a great decision. He was being (attacked) in the media because of the decisions he was making through his representation. For him to change his representation like that is big, man. That says a lot about him."

Bob McManaman, of The Arizona Republic, reports Arizona Cardinals QB Kurt Warner (hip) looked as sharp and crisp Wednesday, May 20, as he did in Super Bowl XLIII. Warner is now nine weeks removed from surgery to repair a torn labrum, and he participated in full during all practice activities Wednesday. Warner said there is still some residual discomfort from the surgery, but his mobility and flexibility have improved significantly.

Steve Wyche, of NFL.com, reports the Arizona Cardinals continue to work on a contract extension for WR Anquan Boldin. Team president Michael Bidwell said, "We've worked hard at getting Anquan Boldin extended and we'll continue to do those things." Boldin's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said that Boldin is still open to be traded but a deal can be reached. Rosenhaus said he has made a proposal for a deal that would average less than $10 million a year and that the numbers are "consistent with the top receivers in the game. Not the highest paid but it's consistent with the top guys."
