Arizona Cardinals QB Logan Thomas could be cut as it appears head coach Bruce Arians has seen enough, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Josh Weinfuss. During minicamp, Thomas' place in the quarterback rotation kept fluctuating. Thomas barely played in the final OTA - although Arians said it was because he practiced a lot the day before.

Fantasy Tip: Floyd's development is dependent upon QB Carson Palmer staying healthy. He had 47 receptions and 841 receiving yards last season, with six touchdowns, but his numbers dipped once Drew Stanton and Ryan Lindley were pressed into action. He could be a WR3 if Palmer avoids injury.

Arizona Cardinals RB David Johnson was praised by head coach Bruce Arians for his work in the receiving game. RB Andre Ellington excelled as a receiver in 2014, but his difficulties staying healthy would force Arians and the Cardinals to alter their game plan. Johnson is expected to allow for a much more seamless transition in the event of an Ellington injury.
Fantasy Tip: Johnson has the physical size on Ellington, but the two have the same strengths on the field. Johnson is nothing more than a late-round handcuff to Ellington in redraft leagues, although he'll hold more value in dynasty leagues.

Arizona Cardinals TE Troy Niklas (ankle) rolled his ankle during practice Tuesday, June 9, and is scheduled to undergo a minor procedure Thursday, June 11. Head coach Bruce Arians said Niklas will be ready for the start of training camp.

Fantasy Tip: Brown saw 102 targets in his rookie season last year, en route to nearly 700 yards and five touchdowns. Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd will still be ahead of him on the depth chart, but expect a lot of three-wide receiver sets from the Cardinals this year in order to give Brown more playing time. He's a WR4 with low-end WR3 upside.

Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals QB Carson Palmer (knee) is no longer limited following his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Palmer participated in 11-on-11 team drills Tuesday, June 9, during minicamp.
Fantasy Tip: Palmer will serve as an excellent backup fantasy quarterback this year. He's dealt with his fair share of knee injuries in his career and is now in his mid-thirties, which factor into him not being starting fantasy quarterback material any longer.

Fantasy Tip: Many thought the team would pair Ellington with a big back, but it appears they envision using similar backs in their up-tempo offense. Johnson will probably see some third-down work, but Ellington should see the lion's share. Ellington is a solid RB1 in PPR leagues with Johnson a midrange RB3.

Fantasy Tip: Palmer doesn't have age on his side, but that could make him slip in drafts. He's a solid mid-to-upper-range QB2.

Arizona Cardinals LB Larry Foote, who retired from the team earlier this year and joined the coaching staff, said the desire to play hasn't hit him yet and he will likely stay on the coaching roster for 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Johnson could emerge as a sleeper in deeper seasonal fantasy leagues, especially formats which reward points per reception (PPR leagues). However, wait to see him perform in training camp and the preseason before scooting him into the sleeper category on draft day.

Fantasy Tip: Ellington was still semi-productive despite his foot injury. He could come with a cheaper price tag on draft day this season after his injury-filled season and easily outperform his average draft position. You can start thinking about Ellington in standard fantasy leagues at the tail end of Round 4.

Arizona Cardinals WR John Brown changed his lifestyle during the offseason in an attempt to build up strength and stamina for the long haul. He has sworn off fast food and he added 10 pounds of muscle, mostly to his upper body, to help in press coverage.
Fantasy Tip: Brown was productive in his rookie season, tallying 48 receptions for 696 yards and five touchdowns. However, he tailed off down the stretch. With a full season of consistent production he could flirt with 60 grabs and 800-850 yards, making him a legitimate WR3/4 or flex play week in and week out.
