Fantasy Tip: Nolasco should be avoided in FantasyScore until he can officially return and work through an entire start without any setbacks. If he cannot go it might be Tommy Milone subbing for him.

Fantasy Tip: May has been respectable with a 1-0 record and 4.58 ERA with just one walk allowed and 17 strikeouts over 19 2/3 innings in his past three outings. FantasyScore players might find May to be a solid steal at $4,600 (or 9.2% of cap).

Minnesota Twins SP Tommy Milone has been dominant since his demotion to Triple-A Rochester, but he pitched Saturday, May 30, and is unlikely to be an option for the doubleheader Wednesday, June 3, against the Boston Red Sox. He could be an option for Friday, June 5, if SP Ricky Nolasco (ankle) is unable to go.
Fantasy Tip: Milone might be back soon, but FantasyScore owners need not pay him any mind until he proves he can pitch consistently at the big league level again.

Fantasy Tip: Pelfrey ($5,200; or 10.4% of cap) should be avoided in FantasyScore since he’ll be up against the Red Sox on the road.

Fantasy Tip: Perkins is 19-for-19 on the season with a sparking 1.88 ERA and 1.08 WHIP. His K-rate has dipped to 7.88 K/9, which leaves a bit to be desired, but he's one of the best closers in fantasy baseball right now.

Fantasy Tip: Nolasco ($3,200, 6.4% of cap) was coming off three straight solid outings, but he lasted just one inning Sunday. He was showing signs of being a useful source of cap relief at FantasyScore, but check back for results of the MRI before using him going forward.

Fantasy Tip: Perkins had a rough outing Friday, May 29, and was unavailable Saturday. However, he showed no lingering effects Sunday and should be safe to deploy going forward.

Fantasy Tip: Escobar ($1,600, 3.2% of cap) should be back in the lineup in the next game or two. Nunez ($1,800, 3.6% of cap) is hitting .250 in limited playing time this month and is not a great option on FantasyScore.
Sat, 30 May 2015 18:05:17 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Gibson ($4,800, 9.6% of cap) allowed two runs or less in five of his starts in May, and while he doesn't pile up enough strikeouts to be considered a must-start, he makes a solid option at FantasyScore if you are looking to spend money on other positions.

Fantasy Tip: Boyer has been solid out of the pen this year, but there is nothing in his history that suggests he can sustain his current 2.19 ERA. However, it appears that he is next in line to handle the ninth inning, and if Perkins needs to miss time, Boyer is worth a flier if you are hunting for saves.

Minnesota Twins RP Glen Perkins (arm) said his arm did not feel fresh and was not available against the Toronto Blue Jays Saturday, May 30, but manager Paul Molitor said he should be available Sunday, May 31.
Fantasy Tip: Perkins was shelled Friday, but his overall numbers remain stout. For now, the arm issue appears minor, but Blaine Boyer picked up the save Saturday and is worth keeping in mind of Perkins misses extended time.

Fantasy Tip: Nunez ($1,800, 3.6% of cap) is hitting .387 on the season but only has 31 at-bats. Owners on FantasyScore may want to spend a little more money for better option to use.
Sat, 30 May 2015 08:24:33 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Hunter ($4,300, 8.6% of cap) likely is receiving a day off and should play in the next game. Eduardo Nunez ($1,800, 3.6% of cap) is in the starting lineup Saturday, but owners may be able to find better options on FantasyScore.
Sat, 30 May 2015 08:23:52 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Suzuki ($2,100, 4.2% of cap) likely will return to the lineup in the next game or two. Herrmann ($1,600, 3.2% of cap) is hitting only .095 in his limited playing time this month and should not be an option on FantasyScore.
Fri, 29 May 2015 14:32:16 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Hunter ($4,300, 8.6% of cap) continues to hold his own at age 39, going 46-for-164 (.280) with seven home runs and 29 RBI this season. In his career against Buehrle, he's 23-for-93 (.247) with three home runs and 16 RBI. Hunter is hitting an even .300 (18-for-60) with three of his seven homers against lefties this year, too, making him a pretty safe FantasyScore investment tonight.
