Fantasy Tip: Seager has been a beast at the plate in the minors this year and has continued his dominance of minor league pitching after his promotion. He should be stashed in all keeper and dynasty leagues. A September call-up in 2015 isn't out of the question, but he's unlikely to make a significant fantasy impact until 2016.

Fantasy Tip: Van Slyke ($2,700, 5.4% of cap) could miss a few games, but it does not appear to be a serious injury. He only has four hits in his last 12 games and is not a great option for owners on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Heisey has 10 plate appearances over three games in the majors this season, so he is nothing more than a desperation flier in daily contests Wednesday. Given the logjam in the Los Angeles outfield when everyone is healthy, Heisey has fleeting value in NL-only formats, at best.

Fantasy Tip: While Guerrero ($3,900, 7.8% of cap) has had more success this season against right-handed pitchers, he does hold the handedness advantage with south-paw Alex Wood on the hill Wednesday. At his modest cap hit, there is a lot of upside for Guerrero in FantasyScore contests. His OPS is 1.035 over 89 plate appearances this season, after all.

Fantasy Tip: Over his last 574 plate appearances, Callaspo ($1,800, 3.6% of cap) is sporting an uninspiring .219/.291/.282 slash line, so his fantasy value is minimal. However, his arrival in Los Angeles continues the third base playing time battle. Justin Turner ($3,600, 7.2% of cap) has hit a 9-for-38 skid since May 5, and at that time he was sporting an unsustianably high 1.064 OPS for the season. Alex Guerrero ($3,900, 7.8% of cap) cannot gain any traction on consistent playing time, but has a .313/.348/.687 slash line through 89 plate appearances this season. Guerrero has the best bat, but his defense at third base is holding him back. FantasyScore players should be careful with Callaspo and Turner until they bounce back at the dish. Guerrero is always in play for daily lineups when starting, though.

Los Angeles Dodgers SP Zack Greinke is 5-1 with a 1.48 ERA and a .187 opponent's average against in nine starts this year. He's also 3-0 with a 0.00 ERA and .149 opponent's average against in three starts at home this year.
Fantasy Tip: Greinke ($8,700, 17.4% of cap) is worth paying up for tonight as your FantasyScore ace. Not only has he been lights out all year, but the Braves rank 24th in the league in OPS (.682) this season.
Wed, 27 May 2015 05:20:23 -0700
Los Angeles Dodgers SP Clayton Kershaw pitched seven scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts to earn his third win of the season against the Atlanta Braves Tuesday, May 26. Kershaw allowed four hits and no walks in the outing.
Fantasy Tip: All reports from the Dodgers and Kershaw ($8,400, 16.8% of cap) were positive, it was just the stats which left a lot to be desired. After all, Kershaw only lost three games all year in 2014, and he already has three this season. If there was ever a legitimate buy-low window, it is likely closed now. Continue to view him as a fantasy ace and top-tier starter. FantasyScore players can start Kershaw with confidence in nearly all matchups.

Fantasy Tip: Guerrero ($3,900, 97.8% of cap) has been hitting his way into a full-time role with the Dodgers, and he entered Tuesday's game with home runs in two straight outings. If Guerrero is unowned in your league, he must be added.

The Los Angeles Dodgers will receive major-league pitching in the deal that will send 3B Juan Uribe to the Atlanta Braves for 3B Alberto Callaspo Tuesday, May 26. SP Trevor Cahill and/or SP Eric Stults are likely involved.
Fantasy Tip: Neither pitcher has been impressive this season but with increased opportunities for wins in Los Angeles, they could hold FantasyScore value when facing a good matchup.
Tue, 26 May 2015 18:22:29 -0700
The Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired 3B Alberto Callaspo from the Atlanta Braves Tuesday, May 26, according to sources. It's a six-player deal in which 3B Juan Uribe would go to Atlanta. Callaspo was pulled from Tuesday's game and the deal is done pending league approval.
Fantasy Tip: Callaspo ($1,800, 3.6% of cap) will likely split time at third base with Alex Guerrero in L.A. Callaspo is worth a speculative add in deep NL-only leagues, and he'll now have sneaky value on FantasyScore as a part of the dangerous Dodgers lineup.
Tue, 26 May 2015 17:09:07 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Guerrero ($3,900, 7.8% of cap) has already hit eight home runs in just 86 plate appearances, thanks to an otherworldly .370 ISO. Guerrero has hit home runs in two straight games coming into this one, and he's an excellent FantasyScore option in any kind of contest.
Tue, 26 May 2015 16:43:00 -0700
Fantasy Tip: There remains no timetable for Puig's ($4,900, 9.8% of cap) return or date to go on a minor league rehab assignment. You'll have to remain patient if you own him. In the meantime, Andre Ethier ($3,500, 7.0% of cap) continues to prove his fantasy worth as a value pick at FantasyScore when facing right-handed pitchers.
Tue, 26 May 2015 07:16:37 -0700
Los Angeles Dodgers C Yasmani Grandal (head) should return from his stint on the 7-day disabled list Saturday, May 30, against the St. Louis Cardinals, if everything goes well in his three minor league rehab games.
Fantasy Tip: Grandal ($4,600, 9.2% of cap) was hitting well enough before the injury to warrant regular fantasy play. Provided he looks fine during his rehab stint, consider him a safe play in two-catcher leagues and a streamer for daily gamers.
Mon, 25 May 2015 21:47:14 -0700
Fantasy Tip: With the Dodgers' outfield banged up, Ethier ($3,500, 7.0% of cap) should continue to take advantage of some extra playing for the foreseeable future. He is a solid mid-priced option at FantasyScore against righties.
Mon, 25 May 2015 14:39:52 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Van Slyke ($2,700, 5.4% of cap) has been on somewhat of a cold streak as he has not hit a homerun since May 11 and hasn't hit a run in since May 12. Since then he is 4 for 29 with 9 strikeouts. Invest in him at your own risk on FantasyScore.
