Colorado Rockies general manager Dan O'Dowd said SP Jhoulys Chacin (shoulder, biceps) is getting a second opinion on the inflammation in his shoulder and biceps and why he has not regained strength in the shoulder. Chacin has been limited to strengthening exercise but has not been cleared to throw at this point.

The Colorado Rockies have halted SP Jorge De La Rosa's (forearm, elbow) rehab assignment because he was bothered by tightness in his left forearm near the end of his start for Double-A Tulsa Thursday, May 17. The team recalled De La Rosa from his rehab assignment Saturday, May 19, and he will be frozen for seven days before he can be placed on the disabled list again with forearm tightness, so that he can begin a new 30-day minor league rehab window.
